Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ParrLei — the bettor community — on the web and in the app. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and located in the United States. Accounts of users we discover to be under 21 will be terminated. The service is not directed to children under 13.

2. Not a sportsbook

ParrLei does not accept wagers, hold deposits, or move money of any kind. Bets you log here are records of bets you placed (or would place) elsewhere. Nothing on ParrLei is betting advice; records and picks are shared for entertainment and record-keeping. Following anyone’s picks is your own decision and your own risk.

3. Your record is the product — and it is immutable

The reason ParrLei records mean anything is that nobody can edit them. Once posted, a bet’s picks, stake, and odds cannot be changed; outcomes are graded by our system from final scores, never self-reported. You may edit a bet’s caption. Deleting your account removes your data per the Privacy Policy.

4. Responsible play

If betting stops being fun, stop. The app includes a Take a break control that pauses your ability to post for a period you choose — it cannot be shortened once set. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) or chat at 800gambler.org.

5. Your content and conduct

You own what you post and grant us a license to display it as part of the service. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or impersonates others; do not use ParrLei to solicit or broker actual wagers, sell picks, or spam. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that break these rules. You can report any bet, comment, or user in-app, and block anyone; reports go to human moderation.

6. Third-party data

Odds and scores come from third-party sources and are provided “as is”, with no warranty of accuracy or availability. Grading follows the final score as reported by our data sources; manifest data errors may be re-graded, with the change recorded in the bet’s status history.

7. Disclaimers & limits

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParrLei will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from bets you place anywhere. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the operator’s residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. App stores

If you use the iOS app: these terms are between you and ParrLei, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support and is not responsible for any product claims, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them against you. Equivalent terms apply to Google Play.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will move the effective date and be noted in the product. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Contact: hershelthomas@gmail.com.
